Holidays are finishing! … I hope that you have been good and the kings have brought many things. At Spain the last day of christmas holidays is the kings day, so in my home today I am the king. That’s the day of the year when, If you have been good… the kings will bring you resents. It’s traditional also to prepare a special dessert that is named “Roscon de reyes”. Because of it I have prepared for me this roscón decorated with dried orange fruits, ginger, marzipan, royal icing and wafer paper. Do you want a chunk?
