Chocolate Stout Raspberry and white chocolate ganache, and sugar cookie mint chocolate. This cake was for Bliss bridal’s Christmas party. Highlighted a few aspects of the wedding dresses in the store. Completely covered in modeling chocolate over Italian meringue buttercream.

Mini cupcakes for my son’s 18th birthday – he’s a bit of a chemistry geek so I made these for him to take into school to share with his friends and teachers. I had way underestimated the size of board required, even though these were mini sized the board was 36″ × 18″.

This is the brightest, sparkliest cake I’ve ever made, sadly the glitter is not very visible.
Ever since I started cake decorating I’ve wanted to make an old fashioned cake, so here it finally is. I also decided on an old fashioned teddy. Hope you like it. :) xx

This was my family Christmas Cake this year. My Kids almost designed the cake by telling me what they wanted on the cake. My Aadi wanted the star was made with a snowflake cutter instead of a star and Rhea chose to have her Elf instead of Santa.
